All payments made to Pogo24h.com are non-refundable but you can exchange your order if it’s acceptable.
All products and services are sold as described. However, if you have doubts that the product is not as described, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong products and services so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. you should send an email to our support explaining clearly why you consider the product to be different in comparison to what was intended.
Pogo24h.com provides digital non-refundable products/services, the product is delivered after payment is cleared and no refunds will be done.

In this particular case, we require more evidence to legalize the guarantee. Official account bans or post-sale item deletions are not covered.
